These terms govern your use of WebsitePusher, a product of ClickUpLocal. By downloading or using WebsitePusher, you agree to these terms.

The product

WebsitePusher is a Mac application that helps you push local WordPress changes to a live website. The Free plan allows use on one website. The Unlimited plan allows use on an unlimited number of websites.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use WebsitePusher on your own websites or your clients' websites. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.

Payment

The Unlimited plan is a one-time payment. You will not be charged again. All payments are processed securely by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. We do not store payment details.

Refunds

If WebsitePusher does not work for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@websitepusher.com and we will make it right.

No warranty

WebsitePusher is provided as-is. We do our best to make it reliable and safe, but we are not responsible for data loss or site downtime. Always maintain your own backups.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WebsitePusher after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
